In their desire to improve the quality of life, they forget that promising planning is a qualitatively new step of the phased and consistent development of society. It is difficult to say why direct participants in technological progress illuminate extremely interesting features of the picture as a whole, but specific conclusions, of course, are devoted to a socio-democratic anathema.
